Patient Responsibilities

Please remember that even though we are opening up for face to face sessions there are some changes to the clinic operations. This is for the safety of all patients, staff and therapists that may enter the building. It is important you follow these changes;

  • You will be asked to arrive at the clinic wearing a face mask or covering to protect our patients and staff⁣.

  • You will be asked to come to the appointment wearing appropriate clothing so you do not need to get changed into our gowns or shorts.

  • You will be asked to arrive on time, not early or late. This will avoid patients having to cross paths.

  • You will be asked to stay outside the clinic until the therapist can open the door and come collect you from your car or outside the clinic.

  • You will be asked to book and pay for appointments in advance online using our online booking system.

  • You will have to inform us if you do develop any of the Covid-19 related symptoms before your session, you will have the opportunity to do this in your screening questions, which we be done by email (please check your appointment reminder for the questionnaire) or phone 24 hours before your session by your treating therapist. 

As we will be running on limited capacity with no reception team, for the time being, we ask you communicate with us via email info@salfordcityclinic.com as we will not always have time or even be in the building to answer the phone. We appreciate this may be strange for some people who are used to talking to our lovely reception team and we hope to have them back in place as soon as it is safe to do so. 


What is appropriate clothing?

If you need something like a knee or ankle looking at then wearing shorts or a skirt is more advisable than skinny jeans. For complaints related to back or neck, easy to take off loose clothing.

Refund if Failed Screening 

If it is deemed unsafe for you to attend a session after a phone call screen, and you do not wish to have a Telehealth appointment, then we are of course able to refund you the money for the session.
